Steptember - Challenge Accepted =)

Today is the start of Steptember... a group of me and my good friends in office formed a team to take on the challenge for each member to walk at least 10,000 steps for the next 28 days. This is to help raise funds for Cerebral Palsy Singapore CPAS where our company's adopted charity GROW falls under in.

Something that I learned is that an average office worker only takes 3,000 steps per day, so 10,000 steps a day is not so easy as I think it would be. But all for a worthy cause.

Cerebral palsy is the most common physical disability in childhood. One in two people with cerebral palsy are in chronic pain due to the tightening of their muscles. Many will never be able to take a single step without assistance.

Friends if not sure where to start, a donation of $35 could support a child with one hour of physiotherapy.

Please do visit our team's fundraising page: (

Any amount you contribute would make a huge difference to children and adults living with cerebral palsy and of course encourage me and my friends to complete our 10,000 steps per day!

Thank you so much!!!
